Annalee had her first foray into event planning when she threw a surprise party for her single mom at the tender age of 8 years old. Sneaking her mom’s contact book she gathered friends to her local pool, assigned guests to bring sides, personalized invitations and decor, and ordered a Domino’s Bigfoot Pizza. It has been her life’s calling ever since.
Annalee earned her degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration with a concentration in Special Events from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and spent the next 13 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, sharpening her skills in delivering stellar customer service in Event Planning and Sales. In 2014 she decided to strike out on her own, founding Bash Creative. Since then she has helped dozens of brands create resourceful and imaginative events, ranging from fundraising events with non-profits like Episcopal Community Services to conferences for companies like DocuSign and Prometheus Real Estate. She’s worked on global events for global brands like Appirio, and bold events for daring brands like Parrot and Fivepoint. (She’s even worked with a few “out-of-this-world” brands that she’s not supposed to mention).
If you’re working with Bash Creative don’t be surprised if you find yourself at Annalee’s house tucking into a glass of wine like old friends.
Danielle’s experience in service and event planning started in her teenage years where she worked for Canyon Ranch Luxury Resorts. It wasn’t long before she was promoted to train fellow staff, and then quickly began climbing the ranks in event management for hospitality groups like Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
She comes to the Bash Creative team with an extensive background in luxury events. She has 15 years of experience managing operations for organizations ranging from sports logistics to high-end marketing groups. She has even added co-owning and managing operations at The Brick Yard, a popular San Francisco sports bar, to her list of operational success stories.
Danielle’s true strength across her career has been acting as a foundational team member, establishing strong operational practices, and running a tight ship no matter what brand she’s representing. She’s even known for taking operations in distress and transforming teams into dynamic performers.
In 2013 she founded On The Run Events, a firm specializing in interactive experiences for private clients and innovative brands. She became known for her blend of refined taste and roll-up-her-sleeves attitude to pull events off without a hitch for brands such as L’Oreal, Zendesk, and DocuSign. She brings this wealth of knowledge to the Bash Creative team as co-owner and Director of the Event Operations, and her unique blend of cosmopolitan sensibilities and hard-working attitude make her uniquely qualified to take care of business.
Rhonda’s Texas roots serve her well as our resident registration and accommodations guru, working tirelessly to ensure all attendees have a warm and welcoming arrival experience, whether they are in Melbourne or Miami.
Working with Bash Creative for the past three years, Rhonda has been integral in production support and logistics, bringing her 15 years of event experience in luxury hotels to the forefront. Rhonda’s can-do attitude and detail-driven execution make her an invaluable part of the Bash team. She spends time away from work with her young daughter and husband exploring the East Coast, or giving back to her community with several philanthropic charities.
Joyce’s high energy spirit and assiduous work ethic keep the day-to-day operations dialed in and running efficiently for our bi-coastal, sometimes international, team. She seamlessly maneuvers all aspects of supporting our internal operations; whether it is researching custom maracas, finalizing billing, or anticipating team hunger levels (all equally important!), and does so without missing a beat. Her grace and poise are the perfect glue that keep the business of Bash together.
