Business Development Manager
Full-Time, Fully Remote Position

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll lead outbound pipeline generation: identifying target accounts, starting meaningful conversations, qualifying opportunities, and building a pipeline of opportunities by introducing new companies to Bash’s culture-shaping experiences. What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in business development focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, with a track record of building a qualified pipeline for high-value professional services (agency, events, production, or professional services a plus).
- Skilled and comfortable leading early-stage conversations, qualifying for fit and readiness, and passing on high-quality, well-researched leads for next-step sales conversations.
- Strong communicator in writing, live conversations, and presentations. Can tell a clear story about what we do and why it matters.
- Organized and reliable. Can manage multiple parallel outreach efforts and deadlines. Brings a genuine sense of hospitality.
- Polished and client-ready. Builds trust quickly and represents Bash with care.
- Resilient and solutions-minded. Stays steady through obstacles and follows through.
- Experience creating outreach sequences, pitch decks, and proposals (design fluency is a bonus).
- Deep experience with CRM management and strong pipeline hygiene (clean data, next steps, accurate stages, activity logging).
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and LLMs. Comfortable using tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at volume without losing quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Development
- Learn Bash Creative’s capabilities, ideal client profile, and pricing philosophy so you can speak to our services with clarity and accuracy.
- Create new revenue opportunities through consistent outbound outreach – researching accounts, personalizing messaging, and following up with discipline.
- Identify target accounts and outreach strategies that are aligned with Bash’s business goals and values.
- Build relationships with prospective clients rooted in honesty, hospitality, trust, and mutual respect.
- Qualify outbound interest for fit, readiness, and next steps, then hand off high-quality leads with clear context to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Partner with the Senior Sales Manager and CEO to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
- Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets to keep opportunities moving.
- Pipeline Handoff & Pitch Support
- Support new business goals by generating and qualifying outbound opportunities for handoff to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Maintain strong follow-up to keep momentum, reduce drop-off, and move qualified leads toward clear next steps.
- Keep the CRM updated so pipeline reporting stays accurate; document outreach, qualification notes, and handoff details clearly.
- Support the Senior Sales Manager in pitch preparation, coordinating inputs, and tailoring pitch decks and proposals.
- Capture and share prospect feedback, objections, and patterns to strengthen positioning and improve conversion over time.
- As you ramp, take on increasing support for inbound leads and RFPs – helping screen, qualify fit, and coordinate next steps with the Senior Sales Manager.
- Market Awareness
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and prospect patterns. Share insights that sharpen outreach and positioning.
- Represent Bash Creative at industry events and networking regularly (typically 1x/month) to meet prospects and build relationships.
- Bring back what you learn to improve messaging and inform new or evolving offerings

Remote, full-time position working Pacific Time hours regardless of your location. Your day-to-day work location is flexible, but you must reside in and be a citizen of the US.
Year 1 Compensation (reviewed annually)
Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)
Year 1 estimated OTE: $75,000 – $95,000
Commission: Earn commission on closed-won business attributed to leads you source and qualify (newly prospected and from your existing network)
