Event Enablement by Bash Creative
Community Terms of Use
Welcome to Event Enablement by Bash Creative, Inc. (“we” or “Bash”). Event Enablement includes our intentional, collaborative community, the event operations resource center, and the Academy. By joining, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Mighty Networks Terms of Use and Mighty Networks Privacy Policy.
Purpose
Event Enablement is a space for event professionals to connect, learn, and grow together. Whether you’re managing stage production, securing sponsors, or running events solo, you belong here.
North Star Principles
We’re building a community people love by being:
- Supportive, intentional, and encouraging to each other.
- Forthcoming and generous — your story might help someone else today.
- Constructive and collaborative — helping each other think bigger.
- Curious — open to reframing challenges, and always learning.
- Actively engaged — this is a community for participants, not observers.
Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
We want Event Enablement to be a friendly, giving, and professional space for everyone, aged 18 and up. Here’s what that looks like:
- No soliciting, advertising, or self-promotion — this is a no sale zone.
- We expect active, intentional participation — members should contribute and seek value, not just observe.
- Treat every member with respect and professionalism. Use appropriate language and keep content professional.
- Credit sources and don’t copy or distribute others’ work without permission.
- Protect and keep personal or sensitive information confidential — don’t share client details, event plans, or personal data.
- Job postings must include a title, salary range, location, and description, and otherwise comply with applicable law, and must be for paid roles only.
- Keep interactions constructive and positive — no rudeness, harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Critique ideas, not people.
- THINK before you post: Is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, and Kind?
We may suspend or remove anyone who isn’t following these guidelines, isn’t actively participating, or who is using the community for sales or self-promotion. If you spot a violation, please email info@bash-creative.com to let us know. We may act quickly to keep this space safe and positive.
Membership Payments & Cancellations
- By joining, you agree to any payment terms and consent to processing your personal information presented at signup. Membership fees may be recurring (e.g., monthly, processed on the first of the month) depending on your selection.
- All payments are non-refundable, except as noted below for the Academy.
- You may cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing us at info@bash-creative.com; your membership will continue until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
