SOLUTION
To make this vision come to life we chose a raw space we could build up. Through a significant amount of lighting, greenery, custom vignettes, and themed out food stations guests were transported from chilly San Francisco to warm and sultry Cuba.
Some interactive highlights included classic car photo ops, authentic street food carts, wearable themed swag, personalized poetry, a Carmen Miranda led samba line, Cuban coffee lounge with gaming tables, and cuban cigar rolling.
With everyone arriving at similar times, it was important to keep them all moving within the space by implementing an automated coat check system, and micro-environments to representing various Cuban neighborhoods to add to the intrigue and guest flow.
