CHALLENGE

Our client oversees all Internal Events for their global company for over 180,000 employees with countless offices distributed all over the globe. 

For a company this size there is a huge challenge when trying to plan events that are culturally relevant to their locations but also seemingly of equal importance as the events happening at HQ. 

Bash was tasked to come up with a framework where each office could feel empowered to plan and execute their own events that were in line with what was happening at HQ. 

This resource needed to be  very on-brand and turnkey at varying levels of lift by the on-site teams while at the same time not taking a ton of bandwidth. 


SOLUTION

Collaboratively we decided to create a curated playbook to act as a blueprint structure providing overall guidance on easy (and easily repeatable) event programming. We purposely made the structure easily scalable and repeatable for year over year engagement. 

The playbook was the primary resource and each “chapter” was dedicated to a specific theme, such as Summer Picnic, Milestone Anniversary, Holiday Celebration, etc. Each chapter was comprised of robust resources, guidance, and templates to allow the on-site teams to easily use and execute at their leisure. 

Because we like to add a special twist, we sprinkled in “for more fun” activities and technically relevant items for those who really wanted to go above and beyond!
