CHALLENGE

For the third consecutive year, we partnered with General Catalyst to produce their Annual General Meeting in San Francisco. This iteration introduced added complexity: orchestrating three distinct yet cohesive events, across multiple venues, each with their own unique goals.

The challenge? Orchestrating multiple event environments simultaneously, managing dozens of vendor relationships, and ensuring precision across timelines. We were the anchor so our client could focus on engaging with their guests and attending to stakeholders, not coordinating logistics. Additionally, with many repeat attendees, it was essential to reimagine the experience by delivering fresh connection opportunities, creativity, and a few moments of unexpected delight.

We activated our expansive network of trusted vendors and venues to build a seamless team across all event touchpoints, delivering experiences that felt personal and impactful. Our team led the concepting through execution for recreating the Ferry Building marketplace inside the event, a nod to both the venue’s identity and San Francisco’s local charm. 

From guided conversations, interactive experiences, and a live piano performance - every transition, activation, and environment was executed with intention. Delivering a truly elevated experience that was a catalyst for connection, innovation, and meaningful dialogue.
