The Challenge

Robinhood’s second annual HOOD Summit, Enter the Mainframe, was an invite-only, high-stakes showcase built for their most active traders. Over two days in Las Vegas, the experience needed to land as both a premium brand moment and a credible product platform. Combining a CEO keynote at F1 Grand Prix Plaza with a fully activated conference day at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, plus livestream access.

With 900 attendees and a significant sponsor and exhibitor presence, the bar was set high. The team’s expectations were to deliver a seamless, tech-forward experience that kept energy high across two venues and left guests with an unforgettable experience.

The Solution

Bash Creative powered our third Robinhood event as a steady, reliable partner. We led the full operational engine behind the show. We designed a two-location experience that leveraged Grand Prix Plaza’s existing infrastructure for a high-impact welcome, keynote, and reception, followed by a full-day hotel takeover with programming from morning through close.

We orchestrated the operational backbone of the program: sponsor and exhibitor footprint, spatial design, signage, staffing, transportation, rentals, housing, registration workflow, and synchronous partner coordination. The expo environment was at the core of the event ecosystem, with sponsor presence designed to feel premium, intentional, and seamlessly embedded in the attendee journey and facilitate networking and collaboration. 


Outcome

The result was a cohesive two-day experience that supported crucial product announcements, protected the run of show, and seamlessly transitioned from headline moments to all-day engagement.
