The Challenge
Swipe Up Creator Summit marked a major milestone for Mavely by Later. This was their first time hosting an inaugural conference, bringing together 100+ VIP attendees from a community they had cultivated through years of smaller nationwide events.
As their first event at this scale, the team needed structure to support a large production with multiple layers. Budget was constrained. Internal stakeholders were watching closely. With content being the main priority, Tech and AV carried significant weight in particular.
They were not looking for a full-service engagement, but instead needed targeted support in the areas where they needed it most. Logistical framework, industry insight, and seasoned perspective.


The Solution
Later Media engaged Bash Creative through a personalized Bash Strategy Studio. The engagement began as a strategic assessment of both the event and their internal team. We evaluated their north star, which centered on content, attendee engagement goals, venue flow, and production feasibility. We pressure tested ideas, identified where scale would introduce complexity, and educated the team on where to invest energy early and funds strategically.

Following a successful Strategy Studio engagement, Later Media expanded the partnership to include limited pre-production logistics hours. Bash created a customized production planner, shared vetted vendor recommendations, and continued contract reviews to strengthen internal execution.
When the event approached, Bash joined on-site as supplemental support to manage the venue and vendors, help enforce clear hierarchy, and arm the client with confidence to navigate Tech/AV.
Bash’s role for this engagement was to guide, reinforce, and succinctly support key areas of the scope, ensuring the client feels confident to own the program at large.

Mavely by Later successfully launched their first large-scale hosted conference with clarity and control.
Strategic contract reviews and negotiation support contributed to meaningful budget optimization. More importantly, the internal team walked into the event feeling well prepared. They had tools. They had structure. They were aligned on what mattered most.
This event brought together a community that had been built over years and elevated it into a flagship experience.
