The Challenge
Bash Creative’s annual retreat is an opportunity to align our fully remote team, foster personal and professional growth, and create lasting memories together. This kind of connection is essential for teams of all sizes, as small as 4 and as large as 300+
It is also a chance for our team to experience firsthand what we create for our clients.
This year, our leadership felt it was especially important for the entire team to experience Mexico City. We wanted to showcase our newest market on offer through a blended immersive cultural experience with intentional learning and team-building moments. In our tried-and-true #makeitabash style, no detail was overlooked.
The Solution
This retreat was a perfect blend of training, team building, celebration, and local CDMX culture. While our leadership thoughtfully curated many big, exciting moments, it was the small details that truly allowed the team to relax and fully immerse themselves in the experience.
