Impulse Space was hosting their end-of-year celebration for 250+ guests, and it needed to feel exciting and intentional right inside their Redondo Beach headquarters.
The ask: transform their everyday workspace into a themed, five-hour celebration that felt high-energy, cohesive, and engaging all night long while working within a very limited budget.
As a first-time client, they were looking for a partner who could thoughtfully ideate their vision, seamlessly manage logistics, and flawlessly execute. It was critical for us to deliver an elevated experience that exceeded expectations, both in the planning process and for their guests.

We transformed the client’s HQ into an immersive, galactic experience! Without redesigning the entire office, we concentrated on specific zones to create high-impact activations with calculated budget management. From thematic, interactive food and beverage to powerful lighting, energizing entertainment, and strategic floor plan mapping - this approach allowed the event to feel extravagant with thoughtful spending at the helm.
