CHALLENGE

To cultivate community, build excitement and celebrate the rollout of elite new services, Robinhood needed a premium event that matched the vision, exclusivity, and ambition of its launch. The brand’s guest list was selective - a few hundred high-profile investors, partners, and innovators - all expecting something to WOW them. 

The thoughtfully chosen  venue, San Francisco’s historic Mint, offered character that created roots for the event’s theme. However, there were also constraints - like raw textures, limited infrastructure, and a layout that required strategic transformation to feel intentionally immersive, elegant, and on brand.

SOLUTION

Bash Creative successfully reimagined The Mint into a modernized “Lost City of Gold,” blending history and innovation by expertly balancing logistics, creative vision, stakeholder expectations, and curated vendor selection. From fire dancers greeting guests, to  fire torches framing the courtyard, and a cinematic music video (produced onsite) to create a dramatic intro to the keynote - we set a tone for the evening that commanded attention and prestige. Each space was expertly designed and activated: a bespoke bitters bar in an ancient vault, custom-built bars, and a captivating obelisk added rich spectacle to every corner.
The evening felt mysterious, magnetic, and unmistakably Robinhood — where every element told the story of discovery, ambition, and bold reinvention.
