Our highest stakes production yet: a high-profile, inaugural summit with an exclusive 650 attendees including the launch of Robinhood’s rebrand. Spanning 1.5 years of planning, this summit required meticulous coordination, flawless execution, and a dynamic strategy to navigate evolving priorities. Midway through planning, Robinhood introduced a new internal team with fresh perspectives and ideas.This shift in content and stakeholders required us to quickly adapt to new workflows, approval processes, and evolving objectives.
