CHALLENGE

With two offsites per year, our client wanted this one to really stand out. The company had grown and most attendees would be meeting face-to-face for the first time.  We were tasked with creating a highly organized event with a robust meeting schedule and fun infused throughout.

The top priority was the venue selection. The client wanted a location that would feel like their own - a place that was versatile enough for trainings, team building, celebrations, and casual connections.  Additionally, it needed to be within budget and logistically easy to travel to for the whole company.

The planning timeline was short and the dates were not flexible so we had our work cut out for us to find this diamond in the rough.

SOLUTION

In less than a month, Bash was able to source, negotiate, and contract the beautiful Hotel del Coronado property which was exactly what our client was looking for. 

This property was a short distance from a large international airport which kept the travel logistics manageable. While larger than what was needed, the layout enabled us to create space that felt all their own, allowing for a casual connection as guests mixed and mingled.

But the icing on the cake was beach access just steps away from the hotel. Providing a vacation like atmosphere allowed meetings to be held in the conference space or on the sand with a drink in hand.
